About the Platform
Is Tippmixpro really free to use?
Absolutely. Tippmixpro is 100% free to access and play. There are no subscription fees, no pay-to-play gates, no premium tiers, and no hidden charges. Every game on the platform is available to every registered user at no cost. The virtual coins used in gameplay are also free and are never sold for real money.
Do I need to create an account to play?
You can browse the platform and launch games as a guest. However, creating a free account unlocks several important features: it saves your virtual coin balance, records your game history, allows you to appear on leaderboards, and enables you to participate in community events and tournaments. Registration requires only a username and email address and takes less than sixty seconds.
Is the platform available outside Canada?
Tippmixpro is currently optimised for the Canadian market, with content and responsible gaming resources specifically tailored to Canadian players. However, the platform is accessible from any country where there are no legal restrictions on social gaming. We plan to add officially supported regions in the future as we expand our operations.

How many games are available?
We currently offer three premium social slot titles: 300 Spartans, Alladin, and Aqua Slot. We are actively working on expanding the catalog and aim to reach ten titles by the end of the year. Are the games fair?

Why do some games take a moment to load on first play?
When you open a game for the first time, your browser downloads all the game assets including textures, sounds, and logic files. This initial loading phase typically takes between five and fifteen seconds depending on your internet speed. On subsequent visits, many of these assets are cached by your browser, so loading times drop significantly. If a game seems to be taking unusually long, clearing your browser cache and reloading the page usually resolves the issue.
About Virtual Coins
What happens if my coin balance reaches zero?
Your coin balance reaching zero is not the end of the world. First, check whether your daily login reward is available — if you have not claimed it today, do so from your profile dashboard. If you have already claimed it, visit your profile page to access the emergency refill option, which provides a small coin top-up once every 24 hours. Full daily allocations resume on the next calendar day.
Can I transfer coins to another player?
At present, coin transfers between players are not supported. This is partly a technical limitation and partly a deliberate design choice to maintain the fairness of the leaderboard system. We are exploring peer gifting features for a future platform update and will share more details as development progresses.
Do my coins expire?
Virtual coins do not expire as long as your account is active. Accounts are considered active if you log in at least once every 180 days. Accounts that have been completely inactive for over six months may be subject to our standard account dormancy policy, which includes a notification email before any action is taken.

How is my personal data handled?

How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion at any time by sending us an email through our Contact page with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." We will process your request within 30 days in accordance with applicable privacy regulations. Upon deletion, all your personal data, coin balance, and gameplay history will be permanently removed from our systems.
