Terms and Conditions
Last updated: January 1, 2024. Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Tippmixpro platform. By accessing or using our website and services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use the Tippmixpro platform. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where we have reasonable grounds to believe the age requirement has not been met.
2. Nature of the Platform
Tippmixpro is a social gaming platform. All gameplay involves virtual coins that have no real-world monetary value. You cannot purchase virtual coins with real money. You cannot redeem virtual coins for real money, goods, services, or prizes of any kind. Success in our social games does not imply, predict, or guarantee success in real-money gambling of any type. Tippmixpro does not operate as a gambling company and is not subject to gambling licensing requirements in any jurisdiction.
3. Account Registration and Security
You may register one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to exploit welcome bonuses or manipulate leaderboard rankings is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent bans of all associated accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or defame other users
- Post hate speech, discriminatory content, or adult material in community areas
- Use automated scripts, bots, or cheats to manipulate game outcomes or acquire coins
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of our software or games
- Disrupt or overburden our servers or network infrastructure
- Impersonate Tippmixpro staff or other users
Violations may result in immediate account suspension without warning and, where applicable, may be reported to relevant authorities.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Tippmixpro platform, including but not limited to software, games, graphics, text, logos, and audiovisual content, is the property of Tippmixpro Entertainment Inc. or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any other use requires our prior written consent.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tippmixpro Entertainment Inc. and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed CAD $100.
8. Modifications to the Platform and Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent in-app notice. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
