1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TippmixPro Fantasy, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
2. Nature of Service
TippmixPro Fantasy is a free-to-play, skill-based fantasy football simulation platform. It does not involve real-money gambling, wagering, or betting of any kind. All virtual currency (squad budgets, transfer funds) within the platform has no real-world monetary value and cannot be withdrawn.
3. User Conduct
Users agree not to use the platform for any fraudulent or harmful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, not to use automated bots or scripts to manipulate league standings, and not to harass or abuse other platform users. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
4. Intellectual Property
All platform content — including but not limited to code, design, editorial content, scoring algorithms, and data visualization — is the intellectual property of TippmixPro Fantasy and may not be reproduced or distributed without express written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
TippmixPro Fantasy is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding uptime, data accuracy, or fitness for a specific purpose. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TippmixPro Fantasy is registered. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
7. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via platform notification.
